When you place an order, request a quote, or contact us, we collect the details you provide: your name, work email, phone number, hotel or company name, delivery address, and order specifications. If you pay by card, payment is processed securely by Square; your card details go directly to Square and never touch our servers.

How we use it

We use your information to prepare quotes, process and fulfill orders, communicate about your project, and improve our service. We do not sell your personal information.

How we share it

We share order details only as needed to fulfill your request: with our payment processor (Square) to take card payments, and with our internal order and production systems. We do not share your information with third parties for their marketing.

Data retention
